Where we ship

Green In A Cup currently ships to valid addresses within the United States. Orders are prepared and packed with care by our American small business.

Cost and processing

Standard U.S. shipping is included in the advertised $49.99 kit price. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before carrier transit time. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Address changes

Review your address carefully at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after an order enters fulfillment.

Lost, damaged, or incomplete orders

Contact support@greeninacup.com with your order number and, for damage, clear photos of the package and product. We will review the shipment and explain the available resolution.
