These terms govern purchases from and use of the website operated by Green In A Cup LLC (referred to as “Green In A Cup,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Product and acceptable use

Green In A Cup is an indoor living-grass display and growing experience. It is not a putting-practice surface. Follow the Setup Guide and all electrical, heat, water, child, and pet safety warnings. Do not misuse the product or website.

Orders and pricing

Prices and availability may change before an order is placed. We may cancel and refund an order affected by an inventory error, suspected fraud, an incorrect price, or an address we cannot service. The final total is shown before payment.

Growing results

Grass is a living plant. Germination, appearance, and lifespan vary with care and environmental conditions and are not guaranteed. Photographs show representative results, not a promise that every cup will look identical.

Site text, branding, photography, graphics, and product designs are owned by Green In A Cup LLC or used with permission. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without permission.
